About the event
Children will experience yoga through imaginative stories and games. We will focus on strength, balance, and breathing while increasing flexibility. These activities will also promote growth of sensory and motor development which will help their attention, language, coordination, body awareness, and self regulation.
Class: Every Wednesday from April 3rd - June 19th -- there will be NO class April 24th (Public school Spring break)!

This allows your child to take 11 sessions of Little Rockin' Yogis (ages 3-4). The 45 minute classes will be every Wednesday from 4:15-5:00 from April 3rd - June 19th. Note: there is NO class Wednesday, April 23rd (Public school Spring break).
