About the event

Children will experience yoga through imaginative stories and games. We will focus on strength, balance, and breathing while increasing flexibility. These activities will also promote growth of sensory and motor development which will help their attention, language, coordination, body awareness, and self regulation.

Week 1: Tuesday, July 10 and Thursday, July 12

Week 2: Tuesday, July 17 and Thursday, July 19

Week 3: Tuesday, July 24 and Thursday, July 26

Week 4: Tuesday, July 31 and Thursday, August 2

    This allows your child to take all 8 sessions of Little Rockin' Yogis (ages 3-4). The 45 minute classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays July 10 - August 2 from 2:00-2:45.
